A mammoth spiritual odyssey and a true test of devotion, this tour covers eight of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas in a single, life-changing circuit. Your journey begins on the holy banks of the Ganges in Varanasi, moving through the heart of India to the Jyotirlingas of Ujjain and Omkareshwar. Travel to the western coast of Gujarat to seek blessings at the legendary Somnath and Dwarkadhish temples before heading to the Sahyadri ranges for Bhimashankar, Trimbakeshwar, and Grishneshwar. This once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage offers an unparalleled opportunity to connect with the divine across India's most significant spiritual landscapes, blending ancient faith with the diverse cultural heritage of multiple states.
Tour Itinerary
Upon arrival, meet and greet at Varanasi Airport/Railway Station and transfer to the Hotel.
Varanasi, or Banaras (also known as Kashi, is one of the oldest living cities in the world. Varanasi`s prominence in Hindu mythology is virtually unrevealed. Mark Twain, the English author and poet, who was enthralled by the legend and sanctity of Banaras, once wrote: "Banaras is older than history, older than tradition, older even than legend, and looks twice as old as all of them put together." The origins of Varanasi, the home of Lord Shiva and Parvati, are unknown. The Ganges in Varanasi is believed to have the power to wash away the sins of mortals.
Later in the evening proceed, to visit the evening Ganga Aarti at the Ghat.
Every evening, Ganga Aarti is carried out in three holy cities of India. They are Haridwar, Rishikesh and Varanasi. All three of them have different vibes and energies. It is said that you should be a part of all
three Aartis once in your lifetime. The Aarti is always carried out facing the River Ganga. A lot of lamps are lit during the Aarti. They are usually circled out by priests. It is always done clockwise. The Aarti is always accompanied by different songs sung while praising the Ganga. It is believed that the lamps acquire the power of the deity.
Overnight Stay at Varanasi Hotel.
Early morning boat ride tour will give you the real view of holy Varanasi, where you will see the morning rituals, special features of the various Ghats that you will pass along the way and burning ghat where the dead are cremated. (Boat Ride at Own Cost)
After your boat ride, visit the popular Kashi Vishwanath Temple + Annapurna Temple.
After temple visit, Return back to hotel for breakfast. After Breakfast, Proceed for the Sarnath.
A quiet and spiritual town set amidst the otherwise densely populated state of Uttar Pradesh, Sarnath is a city of historical marvel with numerous Buddhist stupas, museums, excavated ancient sites, and beautiful temples that prove to be a source of immense wonder and astonishment to tourists due to their mystical and serene setting. Sarnath, which is only 10 kilometres from Varanasi, is a popular pilgrimage destination for Buddhists, Jains, and Hindus alike.
After Sarnath, Return back to Varanasi. Overnight Stay at Varanasi Hotel.
Early Morning, Have Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast, Check-out and proceed for the temple tour of Varanasi.
Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple is situated by the River Assi and was built in the 1900s by the freedom fighter Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya. It is dedicated to Lord Rama and Hanuman.
Tulsi Manas Mandir is dedicated to Lord Rama and named after the saint poet Tulsi Das. It displays the Shikhara style of architecture and exhibits various inscriptions from the Ram Charit Manas on the walls of the temple.
Bharat Mata Mandir is a unique shrine dedicated to our country, Mother India. The temple has no deities, only a relief map of the country carved in marble. The temple was the brainchild of Babu Shiv Prasad Gupta, a freedom fighter. It was built in 1936 and inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi, and has ever since been the only one in the world dedicated to a country.
Durga temple: Located near the Durga Ghat on the bank of the River Ganga, Durga Temple was built in the 18th century. It houses an imposing idol of Goddess Durga and is one of the main temples in Varanasi.
After temple tour, proceed for the Varanasi Railway Station to board the flight/train for onward destination.
Catch Train for Ujjain. Overnight journey.

Upon arrival at Ujjain airport/railway station, you will be received by our representative who will be there for your welcome. After a warm welcome, transfer to your already booked hotel in Ujjain.
Ujjain, a city located in the state of Madhya Pradesh, is a divine land that offers a unique blend of solitude and spiritual experiences. This temple town is renowned for hosting one of the largest religious gatherings in the world, Simhastha (Kumbh Mela), which occurs every 12 years on the banks of the Shipra River.
Arrive hotel and check in at the hotel (Early check in subject to the room's availability). Proceed to visit Ujjain local city tour and visit the following monuments.
Mahakaleshwar Temple: One of the twelve Jyotirlinga, this temple is a major pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Shiva. The Bhasam Aarti here is particularly famous.
Kumbh Mela: Ujjain hosts the Kumbh Mela every 12 years, attracting millions of pilgrims who come to bathe in the holy waters of the Shipra River.
Sandipani Ashram: Associated with the childhood of Lord Krishna, this ashram is a serene spot for visitors.
Ram Ghat: A prominent bathing ghat on the Shipra River, especially crowded during festivals.
Harsiddhi Temple: A significant Shakti Peeth that attracts many devotees.
Bada Ganesh is a prominent and revered temple dedicated to Lord Ganesh located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

Morning breakfast, drive to Omkareshwar excursion tour.
Omkareshwar is a sacred island town located in Madhya Pradesh, India, known for its spiritual significance and scenic beauty. It is famous for the Omkareshwar Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga dedicated to Lord Shiva. Here's what you need to know about Omkareshwar.
Arrive Omkareshwar and proceed for city tour visiting.
Omkareshwar Temple: The main attraction, this temple is built in the shape of the sacred "Om" symbol. It is a significant pilgrimage site and draws devotees from across the country.
Mamleshwar Temple: Another important temple located nearby, also dedicated to Lord Shiva
Later drive back to Ujjain. Overnight stay.

Dwarka, it is this legend that makes Dwarka (also known as Devbhumi Dwarka) a crown jewel for Gujarat, because not only is it home to the stunning Dwarkadhish temple, it is also a marine archaeological marvel. Offshore excavations have revealed the remnants of an ancient city dating back to 2000 BC.
Arrive hotel and check in at the hotel. Proceed to visit Dwarka local city tour and visit the following monuments.
Dwarkadhish Temple: The Dwarkadhish temple, also known as the Jagat Mandir and occasionally spelled Dwarkadhish, is a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Krishna, who is worshiped here by the name Dwarkadhish, or 'King of Dwarka'.
Rukmani Temple: Located relatively on the outskirts, the Rukmini Mata Temple commemorates Lord Krishna's queen. The temple is said to be more than 2500 years old but it may have been reconstructed over time. The present temple is said to belong to the 12th century
Nageshwar Jyotirlinga: The revered site is home to one of the 12 jyotirlingas (self-manifested shivalinga) in India. The red building lies at a short distance from the town. At the end of a large hall is the main sanctum with the shivalinga.

Somnath temple located in Prabhas Patan near Veraval in Saurashtra on the western coast of Gujarat, is believed to be the first among the twelve jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva. It is an important pilgrimage and tourist spot of Gujarat.Reconstructed several times in the past after repeated destruction by several Muslim invaders and Portuguese the present temple was reconstructed in Chaulukya style of Hindu temple architecture and completed in May 1951.

Kirti Temple is a significant Jain temple located in Kathiawar, in the town of Porbandar, Gujarat, India. It holds historical and religious importance for the Jain community and is especially known for being the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, as well as closely connected to Jain traditions.
Sudama Temple: in Porbandar, Gujarat, is a unique Hindu shrine dedicated to Sudama, the childhood friend of Lord Krishna.

Bhalka Tirth is a revered pilgrimage site located near Somnath, Gujarat, approximately 4 km from the Somnath Temple. It marks the spot where, according to Hindu tradition, Lord Krishna took his final breath after being accidentally struck by an arrow from a hunter named Jara."

Bhimashankar Temple is one of the most sacred temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located in the Sahyadri hills near Pune, Maharashtra. It is part of the 12 Jyotirlingas-the sacred shrines of Lord Shiva, making it a significant pilgrimage site for Hindus.
Later drive back to Pune. Overnight stay.
